When booking we ask for a small payment in advance to secure your room. In the event you have to cancel we will endeavor to find alternative guests. If we are successful we will return your deposit in full after the booking date. If not, sadly we have to retain this to cover our costs, we hope you understand.

We have been awarded a four star rating by Visit Britain and were last inspected in September 2009.
